independent distributors are not allowed to import/ export products to a country with an existing affiliate importer/exporter and/or an exclusive distributor. Any act of importing/ exporting Royale products to a country with an existing affiliate importer/ exporter and/or an exclusive distributor is considered a violation of the Code of Ethics and shall be punished accordingly. However, Independent Distributors may still import/ export Royale products to countries without an existing affiliated importer/ exporter and/or an exclusive distributor provided that the information you will be using is your own company name/ identity as the shipper/ consignee and/or recipient.
PENALTIES:
FIRST OFFENSE: Three (3) months suspension of all privileges with forfeiture of all sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind which accrued at the time ofthe commission of the offense.
SECOND OFFENSE: Termination/cancellation of all privileges, sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind. However, independent distributors sanctioned with the termination/cancellation of privileges shall have the right to re- apply to be an independent distributor after two (2) years from the time the account has been terminated/ cancelled.

All Independent Distributors shall be responsible and adhere to Royale's Code of Conduct and Ethical Standard for their digital marketing, online posting and all other social media posts and ads that relate to their Royale business. All

All independent distributors is accountable for their own posting and must act in a way that creates, strengthens and develops Royale's reputation, and standing in the business community. All independent distributors must not use Royale Business Club international Inc. or any of its trade names to represent their digital and social media identity. All Independent distributors must disclose their full names on all pertinent social media profiles that relate to their promotion of Royale products or its business, and they must conspicuously identify themselves as a “Royale
Independent Distributor" so to avoid misrepresentation and confusion (e.g. instead of “Juan Royalista" use "Juan Dela Cruz Royalista" or “Juan Dela Cruz, Royale Independent Distributor”). Unidentified postings or use of an alias is prohibited and may likewise be sanctioned a penalty. If an independent distributor uses the trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights or intellectual property of any third party in any online posting, it is their responsibility to ensure that they have the proper license or consent to use such intellectual property and pay the appropriate Fee, if any. third party intellectual properly must be properly referenced as the property of the third party, and
the independent distributor must adhere to any restrictions and conditions that the owner of the intellectual property places on the use of its property. If on the other hand, you are reposting/ sharing something that you did not create yourself, to always indicate the hash tag #repost or icon use the icon SHARE so that the author/ origin may be identified otherwise, you shall be deemed to be the author or creator of such post/ ad/ article.

SECOND OFFENSE: One (1) month suspension of all privileges with forfeiture of all sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind which accrued at the time of the commission ofthe offense.
