PENALTY

FIRST OFFENSE: Written Reprimand and two (2) weeks suspension of all privileges but without the forfeiture of sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind which accrued at the time of the commission of the offense.

SECOND OFFENSE: One (1) month suspension of all privileges with forfeiture of all sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind which accrued at the time of the commission of the offense.

THIRD OFFENSE: Termination/cancellation of all privileges, sales bonuses and other remunerations either monetary or in kind. However, independent distributors sanctioned with the termination/cancellation of privileges shall have the right to re- apply to be an independent distributor after two (2) years from the time the account has been terminated/ cancelled.

All Independent Distributors shall not sell Royale Products at a price LESS than the Suggested Retail Price {S.R.P.) of the Royale Products. Independent Distributors may sell Royale products as follows:

No distributor shall offer or sell Royale products together with the products of any other company. An Independent Distributor must at all times by truthful and will not contain misleading statements. Any violation shall constitute a breach of the Code of Conduct and may result in punitive action including, but not limited to, any of the actions set forth.
